According to the rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the branches through MHT CET score as per previous year's cut-offs but yes if you have appeared for JEE-Main and secured good enough rank then I would suggest you appear for MHT CET 2020 counselling on the basis of your JEE-Main rank.
