Hi there buddy, based on the last year NEET PG Trend i am afraid that you cant get anaesthesiology in government colleges via AIQ without any reservation but you can get in private for sure or you can get diploma in govt colleges, for instance that the candidate who scored rank of 20684 got dip in anaesthesiology in maulana medical college delhi, under all india quota and if you have state domicile or reservation, you can even get better colleges, hope this helps,good luck.
