Yes you belong to SC category you get seat in good iit and if not then definitely in nit college you get a seat as you have good rank in your exam.
SC/ST have cutoff marks in jee Mains is-32/37.
SC/ST have cutoff marks in GATE is- 12.5/10.
So you definitely get iit's and nit's with your secure rank.
