As per your rank and previous year cut off there is no chance of you getting any branch at  vit vellore and chennai campus. You can try for Bhopal campus as last year students below the rank of 1,00,000 got computer science engg ,electrical engg , mechanical engg and other branches. But I recommend you not to go for bhopal campus as its infrastructure i still developing and the faculties are not so good as in vit vellore and vit chennai campus. Plus its fees is same as of vit vellore and vit chennai campus.
