See the rank u have secured is somewhat enough for u to bag a seat in the CIVIL engineering in the Vellore campus for pursuing ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under btech courses. U can also opt for the Chennai campus for more and better options. U can also take admission through the management quota for ur btech career.
