I didn't understand about the voter's rank which you displayed in your respective query but not an issue as you mentioned the domain VIT, I will guide you in that way. So your rank in VITEEE is around 14k which is considered as a descent rank , so possibly you have the good chances to takeover the seats across all the major branches in main campus excluding CSE because that we can't assure that you will get or not because sometimes the seats will filled under 10k also and sometimes not , so in such cases it depends upon the luck as well. And about the fee structure it will be around 3LPA and the hostel fee will be around 1LPA.
