HI MONU,

With the 4k rank in wbjee you really cannot expect for ELECTRICAL branch in JADAVPUR with that too GENERAL category its near to impossible.But you can expect for POWER PLANT ENGINEERING branch in Jadavpur but chances of you getting in that too is very low(<5%)

So,i would suggest you to try for other govt. colleges like KALYANI govt.,IEM etc etc.
