Hello aspirant!

Yes certainly!

As per previous year cut off trend, yoir chances of getting IHM Goa by yhe third round of counselling is high. Last year it was around 15200, therefore with a rank of 13856 in OBC category, you can certainly get if a similar cut off is seen.
