With a rank of around 15,700 in the obc ncl category, you have chances of procuring a seat in the following IHM's when comparing the results of previous years in first round.

• IHM Hajipur
• IHM Gurdaspur
• IHM. Shillong

The above mentioned  institutes are central government IHM's which you can get a seat in the first round itself. Also, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats, by which nothing can be predicted for sure as trends change every year.
