As per the previous years cutoff trends of UPTU Counselling, with your mentioned rank you can get CSE in the below mentioned Colleges-

Ajay Kumar Garg Engineering College, Ghaziabad
Galgotias College of Engineering and Technology, Greater Noida

If branch is no constraint then you may get other good Colleges.
