Yes. Definitely possible even under UR category. But may not be the best institutesPlease see closing DNB ranks for January 2017 session (Ranks are NEET PG ranks). Most likely Anasthesia, Ophthal, ENT etc in final Round would be possible.It might be not from the place you want but a clinical seat is definite..
I suppose you must have seen last year's January session allotment.. If not just go through it once.. You will have an idea..
