You can surely get Mechanical engineering at private colleges.

Chnaces for government engineering college is negligible.

Top colleges you can get are for Lateral entry UPSEE :

Bundelkhand institute of technology engineering
HBTI
Hindustan college of science and technology
BSA college of engineering and Technology
