Hello, you have not mentioned your category so I am assuming you to be in general category and for general category student at this rank you can't get any Nit, IIIT good Gfti like Pec Chandigarh,Bit Mesra.

If you apply for Csab counseling which takes place after Jossa counseling and wait till last round of counseling may be in some gfti like Gurukul Kangri Haridwar, Sant Longowal Punjab you would get branches like civil, mechanical engineering.
But all things depends on cutoff and cutoff changes every year.

Instead apply for other states government and private colleges which takes admission through Jee mains marks.

You can also apply for admission in private universities like Chandigarh University, Lovely Professional University, Graphic Era, Galgotia University.

Considering it to be general male, it could be highly difficult for you to get a decent college with such a score. You can probably get a seat in any of your home state nits as they have cutoffs for their state students or you might get seats in north eastern state nits.
