Your rank in TS PGECET is quite good,but the closing rank for JNAFAU is 100-150 through PGECET as their major portion of students get admitted through NATA scores.But dont be disheartened you can contact directly with the college and they might suggest you a better way.

In order to get admission into this college you need to qualify the NATA/JEE mains with good score. Then the rank is listed on the basis of 50% weightage to qualifying exam and 50% entrance test. So on the basis of your rank you might be able to get admission in jnafau. You got a descent rank pgecet. For more details check their official website.
