Hiii....
As you mentioned your rank is as 2373 ........as per previous year cut-off trend of UPSEE ....there are some chance for you to get govt. (Except iet Lucknow) Colleges..
With this rank there are chances for you to get admission in Ajay Kumar garg engineering college and MIS engineering college...
As per previous year cut-off ..the closing rank of MIS engineering college for MBA finance is as 6094..
There are also management quota ..by which you can apply for almost every upsee colleges except govt.
