Hi aspirant,
Based on your rank, you will not be able to get admission in BTech CSE in any NIT,since you are from general category. However, if you have home state quota you might get admission in that state NIT. Do let me know your home state so that I can tell your chances of getting CSE there.

Your home state NIT is NIT Bhopal which usually has a closing rank of 9k to 10k for CSE. So you won't be able to get CSE there.
