Firstly, congratulations brother for your decent performance in JEE mains.

With this rank, you hold few chances of getting a decent seat at a decent NIT/IIIT provided you fill the options in JoSAA wisely.

Regarding your interest in ECE, it would be easier for me to guide if oyu had told your Home state as well.

But still, I would recommend you to prefer decent IIIT over decent NIT, as IIIT will provide you a better exposure regaridng coding stuff.

Regarding colleges

1. IIIT Lucknow (chances are quite low) 

2. IIIT Kottayam (chances are quite low)

3. IIIT Kota (moderate chances)

4. IIIT Trichy (good chances)
