Going by the counselling status of Vit,You have a high chance of getting at Category 4 or 5 Vit Chennai ,Category 1 or 2 at Vit Ap ,Category 1 or 2 at Vit Bhopal.

Please do check the counselling status of Vit at their official website;the link I've provided the link below or check your email as Vit would have definitely provided you an email regarding the counselling status.The choice is yours to make.I'd suggest considering to take CSE at Vit chennai as the quality is really good as compared to AP or Bhopal as they just came into existence a year back.
