As per your Karnataka PGCET  MTech rank, with 3B category, you have good chances to get BVB Hubli( Presently KLE Technological University)  based on last year cut off data after 1st round .

The cut off after 1st round was as follows in individual specializations :

• VLSI DESI. AND EMBED. SYS-4228
• DESIGN ENGINEERING(KLEU)-4595
