Hi saksham,
I hope you are talking about VITEEE.Yes surely you will getting an admission in any of the VIT campus for mechanical engineering on this rank in category 2 or 3 .
You know due to coronovirus pandemic many colleges decided to go with 12 percentage. If VIT admission are held according to VITEEE sure you will get an admission for mechanical engineering.
