Hey dear, you need to mention what exam and for what course are you talking about. 4000 is a good rank if you have given jee exam. With this rank you can easily get NIT'S and IIIT'S easily. And if it is for neet than you can get a good bams or bhms college. So, no need to worry your rank is average and you can get a good college.
