Hope you are doing well. Your rank is average but for CSE in RGPV Bhopal you need to have a very good rank so it is quite difficult for you to get CSE in RGPV Bhopal . Also it depends on your category, caste, home state, etc. So I would advise you to go for some other colleges and mostly for private college. Also you should try in the last round of the councilling as in that round you can get something good of your choice.
