You won't be able to get any good government college with your rank. For an OBC-NCL candidate, good things start at a rank under 100-120k(UR). You rather should do one of these two things:-
Either you should take admission in some good private college like VIT, SRM, etc. Good college matters a lot in professional courses. If you do not choose your college wisely then it will be of great problem in the future for your placements as most of the lower state government colleges are not good in terms of placements.
Another thing you could do and I suggest is that you can take a drop year if this was your first attempt and try again for JEE - 2020. Prepare with consistency and determination and try to get your rank under 100k if possible. Then you will see a clear upsurge in the number of choices that you would have.
