Jee mains 2019 obc category cut off percentile is 74.3166557 so if you get above this percentile so you have chance to get any NIT in your home quotta first option is it .Second option is you can apply on you home state univeristy or college mean if you are from rajasthan so you can fill REAP form and can get government college and if you are not From rajasthan even then you can fill REAP form.
