A rank of 66181 in CRL is a low of a rank. Due to the competition increasing by the minute everyday, the need for scoring higher marks and scores keep increasing more and more. Hence, unfortunately you might not be able to get a seat in reputed universities such as IITs, NITs and IIITs. There might be some chances of you getting into newer NITs such as NIT Andhra Pradesh or NIT Pondicherry into courses that are relatively lesser in demand such as metallurgy.

However, since you have mentioned that you belong to the OC category, the chances of you getting into some some of these universities are a bit tough.   There are some other universities into which you have a good chance of getting into. Hence I would suggest you to apply for other universities.
