As you have not mentioned the name of examination for which you are asking so it's quite difficult to guide you with an accurate information but however if we consider your profile then it shows that you are an engineering aspirant so you might be interested in JEE-Main if not then please mention the name of examination.

According to the rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the good government colleges with CSE branch but yes you can get private colleges with CSE branch as per previous year's cut-offs but yes I would suggest you to sit for some other state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
