As you probably already know,
Vellore Institute of Technology has four campuses in the country:-
Vellore,
Chennai,
Bhopal,
Amaravathi.

VIT Vellore and Chennai are older campuses and are very reputed too.
Your rank of approximately 74,000 in VITEEE 2019 cannot get you a seat in the popular branches like CSE, ECE, IT, MECHANICAL at the prestigious VIT Vellore and Chennai campuses.
These two colleges are old and very reputed, hence the cutoffs are very high.
Getting a good branch at both these campuses is very difficult for your rank.

Best option is to go for VIT BHOPAL and VIT AMARAVATHI Campuses.
