7960 is a really nice rank to get in jee advanced, but I am afraid to say that its not sufficient for you to get into an IIT with a decent branch. You can try your luck in IIT Madras and IIT BHU. Admission in IIT's generally closes at 6000. But you can apply for IISER, with 3 to 5 campuses of the same, which is a renowned institute and a great college if you are interested in research. you can also go for RGIPT and ISM Dhanbad which also take admissions on the basis of IIT adv.
If you are not intersted in these, I suggest you to look for some other option or look up what you can exactly get at this rank:
