I am sorry to say but it is very difficult for you to get a seat. The cutoffs change every year due to the difficulty of paper and also the no of students appearing for the examination and also the no of students appearing for the counselling. But you can appear for the counselliing and try your luck as the cutoffs vary every year. Apply for colleges having higher rank cutoffs as the ones having low is vary hard nearly to impossible to get admission in. So apply for colleges having higher cutoffs. Hope for the best.
