My rank is 9694, can I get CSE in KTR Campus in chennai? Also do i have to pay the complete sum of 2,10,000 rupees before counseling,

Hey,

As per previous year's closing ranks, the cut off for CSE is 10000. But, as years pass, there is increase in the competition. You might get a seat in the main campus.
