Dear Arti,
In 2017 the last candidate from UR category secured a seat in DU LLB with score of 237 according to DU LLB Expected Cutoff for 2018 230-250 will be cutoff marks for UR candidates this time. As you have scored 226 which is almost in the range of expected required marks, you have chance of getting a seat. Best of luck!

Yes you are right; ST, SC, OBC having rank lower than or equal to general's cutoff will be consider allocated seat from general quota, for example if cutoff for General is 90 then all SC, ST, OBC whose rank falls between 1-90 will be treated as a canididate from general category.
