My rank is around 98,000 in general category, but i have passed 12 th from other state , can i get into odisha govt collage?

Hello aspirant. If you come under cut off for all India Quota or your all India category Quota like OBC, SC and ST, you will definitely get the college. 85% is reserved under state quota. Leftover 15% is for all India Quota. You must worry if you have crossed the cut off. Rest assured.
