Getting into AKTU ( Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam Technical University,Lucknow) you need to have a rank under 40 to get admission for management studies through UP SEE. 

Some of the good colleges you can target under your rank are Institute of Engineering and Technology in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering.

As per you rank , i.e 490 and previous year cutoffs,

There are very less chances for you to get an MBA seat in AKTU government colleges,

But you can get in some good private colleges in aktu with your rank ,
