College wise SGSITS is better than DAVV but placement wise CSE is better than Electrical. If you don't have any particular interests, then I would suggest you to take admission in SGSITS. You would be eligible for placements in IT companies as most of the IT companies allow students from Electrical branch to sit for placements.
