You haven't mentioned if you are enquiring about TS EAMCET or AP EAPCET. As per the information available in your profile we assume that you are enquiring about TS EAMCET. Considering the cut off in 2020 you do not have chances to get seat in CSE or any other branch because you have secured a rank over 1,20,000. Cut off is subjected to change, it may increase or decrease depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.

If you want to get admission this year then you have to seek admission under management quota or get admission in any other course. If you want to get seat in CSE under convener quota you have to wait until next year to apply for TS EAMCET and secure a good rank.
