See it's hard for an outside Delhi region student with rank above 1000 to get a good college , and you will still get a college with your 3194 rank, but if you have any quota , you might consider it because you'll get a good college considering that, otherwise there are a lot of colleges offering bca and even with 1st and 2nd shifts so don't worry you still get a college at 3194 rank.
