According to previous years trends the 1st round allocation was completed around 1500 rank. So, you have very tough chances to get a seat even in agriculture.

The allocation of seats depends on cutoff and it depends on various factors like;

1. The difficulty level of the exam
2. Marking scheme
3. Number of candidates appeared
4. Number of available seats
5. Seat reservation of various categories
6. Previous year cutoff ranks/marks

4231 is not a bad rank, Congratulations on that. You might apply for the NEET or VCI counselling to look for different college options based on your rank. There are four colleges in Karnataka offering Bachelor's programme in Veterinary Science.

1. Karnataka Veterinary Animal and Fisheries Sciences University, [Bidar]

2. Veterinary College, [Bangalore]

3. Veterinary College, [Shimoga]

4. Veterinary College, [Hassan]

If you are a Karnataka domicile student, you might also apply for the Karnataka Common Entrance Test. The syllabus for this examination is same as the NEET syllabus. A domicile student has better chances of getting the admission either through NEET or KCET.
