This should  not cause any problems considering that you will be also asked for a photo/ Identity proof that would be used to verify with what mentioned in your admit card. So if the other details match they wont bother you for gender cause. However if you have any uncertainty around it you can carry a self attested affidavit claiming that both the person in application form and presented documents are same and it should be supported by the relevant documents.
