Sorry to say that you can't get a seat in top 10 NIT'S .But you can get the seat in Good NIT'S or IIIT'S .

I am sorry to inform you that you could not get any NIT college because your marks and rank are very low hence I suggest you to prepare again well for the exam work hard and get success get a good rank in JEE mains you will surely get a good college next time.

According to your rank in jee mains 2019,you have less chance to get seat in any NIT,  IIIT and GFTI as your rank in your category is very high, you should have Bring Your rank under 5k.
