My rank in jee mains is147864 in sc category ...which clg will I get??

Your rank is very low.
And I am sorry but you won't get any college through Josaa counselling.
Also refer the college predictor of career 360 to know more.
Try for private college if you want to take admission this year.
Otherwise prepare hard for the next year.
