Anurup with 4889 SC category rank, I am sorry to say that you will not be able to get any of the government colleges and then if you want to take admission in the private colleges then most of the private colleges don't have this category reservation quota so you can get admission with your 62843 general rank only. Keep one thing in your mind that the rank cut-off given even for SC category is given with the General category rank not with the SC category rank in the link mentioned above.
