First of all congratulations for qualifying in JEE Advance 2019.And yes you can get IIT, if you are asking for female candidate, but sorry if you are asking for gender neutral. As your rank is little bit low so ,you can get branches like Metullurgical, Biotechnology, Production engg., Textile etc. in old iits like roorkee, kanpur,kgp,madras,bhu,guwahati but can get branches like electrical, mechanical, civil, chemical in new iits like palakkad, jodhpur, indore, patna, bhuvneshwar etc.Cs is rarely possible in these iits.
Gender neutral candidate can rarely get seat at this rank in sc category.
