Yes you  can get engineering college through cap you should wait for last round of cap and check for the colleges which give management quota if you belong to sc or obc you  have some colleges in your hand . I suggest yo to do engineering from some good college as afterwars there will be problem of placemnts if you ended into some bad college .The colleges in which you can enter are Saraswati college of Engineering ,AC Patil
