Since you have got the percentage which is less than 75% in Class 12th since if you are from General Category then it depends upon you whether you want to give the improvement or not because if you wish to take the admission in Government Institution like NIT / IIIT / IIT / CFTI colleges then you can give otherwise in private colleges only 60% + is required in Class 12th as well in PCM Domain and if you are from the other categories then your current percentage will be sufficient and as per the percentage eligibility there will not be any Eligibility for writing the JEE mains .

I think No you can not give some of the subjects exam .
You have to give all exams and your overall percentage will improve.
So either give exams of all subjects or otherwise leave all because if you give 3 - 4 ( not all) it will be time wastage for you .
