Good evening,

One cannot really predict the cut-off because last year, it changed again even after the result was declared. The cut-off was snatched down from 126 marks to 90 marks for general category and it went down for every category.

But as per your JEE Advanced 2019 marks, It can be said with surity that you won't get into IITs through general category qouta. But if you belong to another category, there might be slight chances that you'll get a seat in an IIT.
