        The cutoff for obc category goes down approximately between 70 to 80 and the marks which you scored are not enough to cross the cutoff. But still wait for the cutoff and hope for the best . The cutoff is sometimes based on the difficulty level of the question paper.

Sandhya if we look last year cut-off then I am sorry to say you won't be able to clear JEE Mains cut-off with 46 marks as last year cut-off for OBC category was 49 marks. You can only clear the cut-off and be eligible to sit in JEE Advance if JEE MAins 2018 cut-off for OBC category drops down by 3 marks. And with 46 marks your overall India rank will be above 300000+ so again it will be very hard for you to end up in any of the government or very good private college through this score.
