With the marks of 430/720 in NEET 2019 and the OBC category, I think that you have a state quota in the state of Tamil Nadu. Well I'm sorry to say that Tamil Nadu is one of the states with the highest cutoffs for it's Goverment MBBS and BDS seats and it is impossible to get a government seat in Tamil Nadu with your merit as the closing marks and rank for a Government MBBS seat in Tamil Nadu for OBC category under State Quota was for Rajah Muthiah Medical College, Annamalainagar at the rank of 2370 for the marks 588.
