My score in neet ug 2019 is 502. Category bc .state category rank 78. Can there any chance of getting govt. Or semi govt. College?

Hey Rimsha!

You may or may not have chances for government colleges as in your case , it all depends on your state.

In some states , the cutoffs for government colleges are 600+ while in some states , the cutoffs for government colleges can also be 450+. So you may have good chances in latter , but not in former. 

Well , your score is good , so hopefully you can have chances for government colleges under state quota . But it is not sure as it depends upon your state. So , please do mention the name of state in comments.
