my score in the mat examination is 449.50 &a percentage below 22.23. is it enough for me to acquire seats in the mba colleges?

Your percentage is calculated using the formula:

Your Marks/Total Marks*100

Going by that, 449.50/800*100= 56 percentage

Going by this, you have decent chance in:
