you can apply for

Sinhgad college of engg vadgaon

PCCOE

PICT - only for ECE

Also at VIT pune foe Electronics

No, as per your mentioned category, it is not possible in vit and pict. And mit kothrud has now become deemed university so its not possible there through cet. But u can try for mit alandi.
